Promote digital citizenship in your community
Show colleagues and families how you're preparing students for success in a connected world with these helpful resources.
October 17-21, 2022: Ten years ago, Common Sense started Digital Citizenship Week to highlight the importance of helping kids, families, and teachers navigate our 24/7 digital world. Over those 10 years, media and technology have changed dramatically. There have also been big shifts in the ways we teach and learn in today's classrooms.
That's why we'll continue to be a leader working on behalf of students and their families in creating a positive culture around how they use media and technology.
Show colleagues and families how you're preparing students for success in a connected world with these helpful resources.
Join us on Wednesday, October 19, at 4 p.m. PT for a very special program: 10 Years of Digital Citizenship Week: Where We've Been and Where We're Going. In this conversation with our partners from Harvard's Project Zero, we'll reflect on the history of our digital citizenship program and dig into what the future might hold. For more events, see below! (All times PT):
Check out our popular professional development trainings and learn about the best practices for teaching digital citizenship. When you're ready, learn how to become a Recognized Educator with Common Sense.
